How long it takes
Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow:
- 3–5 business days for production while we hand-finish your piece
- 3–7 business days for USPS Ground Advantage delivery
Total: about 1–2 weeks from your order to your doorstep.

Tracking your order
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number the moment your piece ships. You can also check the status of any order anytime at our Order History page using your order number and email.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our wishlist for the future.
Lost, delayed, or damaged?
If your package is lost, takes much longer than expected, or arrives damaged, please email hello@thebeancrafts.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage. We’ll replace your piece or issue a full refund.
